ASUS has recently introduced its latest ProArt PA602 Wood Edition PC case, enhancing the original creator-focused PA602 chassis with durable, visually striking wooden elements that boost both its aesthetics and sustainability.
To begin with, the ProArt PA602 Wood Edition sports integrated wooden elements sourced from responsibly managed forests placed on the top and the front panel of the casing for added aesthetic and durability.
In terms of cooling, it boasts an open-grille front panel and wide vents for optimal airflow, supported by two pre-installed 200mm ProArt fans that deliver high air volume with low noise. Plus, a 140 mm fan at the rear helps in heat exhaustion, with the ability to spin down for silent operation when necessary.
The casing also includes an embedded PWM hub for managing up to six fans, and a front I/O button lets users easily switch between maximum airflow and automatic fan control. In addition, users can choose between a metal side panel for optimal cooling or a tempered glass panel with perforations for additional GPU airflow.
Furthermore, the ProArt PA602 Wood Edition is capable of accommodating EATX motherboards and large components, including support for 420mm radiators for liquid cooling, up to eight 2.5-inch SSDs or four 3.5-inch HDDs for ample storage, alongside tool-free side panels and a patented Graphics Card Slot Clamp for hassle-free installation.
Connectivity-wise, it comes equipped with a high-speed USB Type-C, two USB Type-A, and two USB 2.0 ports to provide users with multiple options to connect to various devices.
With that said, there is no pricing info yet on the ProArt PA602 Wood Edition PC case but ASUS Malaysia has confirmed it will be available locally starting in early November.
