SEMICON Southeast Asia, the region’s leading electronics manufacturing and supply chain event, is returning to its roots in Singapore to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The event will take place at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 20 to 22 May 2025.
With over 18,000 attendees expected, the event will serve as a platform for industry leaders to network, share insights, and drive innovation. The theme, “Stronger Together,” reflects the event’s focus on sustainability, artificial intelligence, chiplet technology, and workforce development.
After a successful run in Malaysia since 2015, SEMICON Southeast Asia’s return to Singapore underscores the city-state’s pivotal role in the global semiconductor ecosystem. Singapore’s strong business environment, strategic location, and robust infrastructure make it an ideal host for this significant industry event.
Linda Tan, President of SEMI Southeast Asia, expressed enthusiasm for the event’s return, highlighting Singapore’s dynamic semiconductor ecosystem as a catalyst for innovation. Cindy Koh, Executive Vice President of the Singapore Economic Development Board, welcomed the decision, emphasizing Singapore’s position as a key semiconductor hub. Yap Chin Siang, Deputy Chief Executive of the Singapore Tourism Board, highlighted the event’s potential to showcase Singapore as a global business and innovation hub.
