Logitech G has revealed the new Yeti GX and Yeti Orb microphones for Malaysia promising enhancements in terms of live streaming quality thanks to the voice clarity-focused design direction.
First, we have the Yeti GX and from the looks of it (probably the RGB underglow), you already know that this is for the “real gamers”.
Packing dynamic capsule technology for superior audio performance, it is also the first microphone product that “borrows” the brand’s own gaming mouse scroll wheel allowing precise one-hand control of mic gain easily.
The super-cardioid pickup pattern makes sure only your voice gets picked up and not the background fan, your keyboard clicks, or any other unwanted cues.
The Smart Audio Lock can be enabled through the pressing of the scroll wheel to lock a profile and use it all the time.
On the other hand, the Yeti Orb like its name comes in this orb shape and fairly simple aesthetics as it is positioned for the entry-level market.
It houses a customer condenser capsule for an all-rounded voice pickup performance with a simple G logo on the back with RGB support just so that it isn’t super boring.
Regardless of which one, both of them are created to minimize distortion plus with Blue VO!CE software support for further customization in terms of voice filterings and add-ons.
Plus, the RGB means that they can be part of your LIGHTSYNC-enabled ecosystem for more rainbow puke.
