ASUS just rolled out the TUF Gaming BE9400, a heavy-duty WiFi 7 router built to push out speeds of up to 9400Mbps across a tri-band setup.
With minimal flair and instead achieves design creativity through its form factor, it still maintains a competitive performance through its ultrawide 320MHz channels, 4096-QAM, and Multi-Link Operation (MLO), which lets the router juggle the 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz bands at the same time to keep connections stable and low-latency over a 2,500-square-foot range.
It also comes with a dedicated gaming port for that all-important gaming setup, penNAT for streamlined traffic, and one-tap Mobile Game Mode, all backed by three 2.5G LAN ports plus a 2.5G WAN port for responsive wired performance. On top of that, it even supports 4G/5G mobile tethering to make sure you’re always connected.
Managing everything is straightforward with the ASUS Router app, which lets you set up IoT, VPN, kids, and MLO networks under its Smart Home Master feature. Security is handled by AiProtection and Safe Browsing, while VPN support includes WireGuard, OpenVPN, and IPSec with up to 30 clients. Add in WiFi 7-ready AiMesh expansion and TUF-grade durability, and the BE9400 shapes up to be a future-proof router designed for gaming, streaming, and smart homes alike.
