Acer has concluded the Edu Summit Asia Pacific 2025 in Bangkok on May 7 and 8 and has attracted educators, policymakers, and tech leaders from 12 countries across the region.

With the theme “Shaping Tomorrow: AI and Digital Technologies in Education,” the summit explored how AI and digital tools are rapidly transforming learning environments, with Acer PAP President Andrew Hou stating the importance of fostering collaboration and innovation with like-minded partners in order to make technology better and more accessible.

With international visitors from Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, the brand also set up a big demo zone to showcase its AI-powered educational ecosystem that helps in augmenting digital literacy, streamline school administration, and improving classroom engagement.

Subsidiary Altos Computing tailored for professionals and industrial applications, also took center stage with the launch of new AI solutions, including AI servers and workstations powered by its Altos aiWorks computing platform that addresses current growing demands of gen-AI workload and large-scale training.

For one, the Altos BrainSphere R680 F7 Server is capable of taking in 8x NVIDIA H200 Tensor Core GPUs or RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell Server Edition, making a strong and stable choice to access some of the best NVIDIA hardware. The summit also featured interactive booths from major tech players, including Intel, Microsoft, and Google. Acer subsidiaries AOPEN and the Predator brand highlighted how immersive learning and esports can enrich classroom experiences, with SpatialLabs stereoscopic displays offering a glimpse into the future of 3D education.
