LIAN LI unveils the latest LANCOOL 217 mid-tower PC case with wood accents

LIAN LI introduces the LANCOOL 217 mid-tower PC case, sporting real wood touches — walnut for black and beech for white variants. Let’s take a quick look.

Built for optimal cooling, the LIAN LI LANCOOL 217 is equipped with five pre-installed PBT fans, including two 170mm front fans with adjustable modes for balanced CPU/GPU airflow. Its tool-free, slide-in fan mounts and rubber inserts make setup simple, while the embossed mesh panels on the front, top, and shroud enhance ventilation for reliable performance during heavy use.

On top of that, the casing allows flexible PSU installation: use the standard front-facing setup for PSUs up to 220mm, or rotate it 90° for easier cable access and room for a second HDD cage. An included extension cable also supports the latter for better cable management.

In terms of hardware compatibility, it supports large SSI-EEB motherboards of up to 330mm and E-ATX motherboards of up to 280mm, CPU coolers up to 180mm, and GPUs up to 380mm. It also fits 360mm or 280mm top radiators, offering flexibility for high-performance, custom builds.
