WiXtar has teamed up with 6owl Door to introduce the first-ever Agentic AI-powered hotpot store at COMPUTEX 2026, showcasing a ’24/7 AI Store Manager’ that integrates front-of-house (FOH) customer experiences, back-of-house (BOH) operations, and headquarters-level decision-making.
The deployment highlights the practical application of Agentic AI in the F&B industry while reinforcing the company’s broader focus on AI solutions and smart manufacturing

Powered by 360-degree panoramic imaging and Vision-Language Model (VLM) analytics, the system continuously monitors store operations and automatically converts insights into actionable tasks through WiXtar’s AI decision-making platform. It can adapt inspection priorities throughout the day, handling sanitation and staff grooming checks before opening, monitoring food preparation during service, and overseeing safety protocols after closing, helping reduce the burden of manual inspections.
On the customer-facing side, the platform integrates self-ordering kiosks, QR code ordering, and VLM-powered analytics to identify customer hesitation or ordering friction in real time. The AI can then guide customers through the ordering process and provide personalized menu or set-meal recommendations, helping improve the customer experience, increase average order value, and reduce FOH workload.

Furthermore, the system features an AI decision-making advisor built on integrated transaction, membership, inventory, and ERP data. It also provides recommendations for ingredient preparation, staff scheduling, real-time sales analysis, and post-operation performance reviews, enabling data-driven decision-making while giving headquarters greater visibility into individual store performance and frontline needs.
