Ubisoft has just launched the Year 6 Season of For Honor, The Demon Dagger, which is inspired by the Japanese Yokai folklore. Let’s see what new stuff we’re getting in this update.
In this new season, the Cataclysm of an ancient cave was cracked open, releasing the spirits and demons from Japanese folklore into Heathmoor. Players will face off in the classic Dominion mode on Temple Garden with yokai-inspired updates to the art and ambiance of the map during the Yokai Nightmare launch event, which runs from 15th to 29th September.
On top of that, players will be able to loot seasonal weapons and unlock free rewards via the event pass during the event period.
Furthermore, Phase 2 of cross-platform play will be available later this season, which enables group play with cross-platform friends or players. Once the update is released, players will be able to invite their friends or others on a different platform to their group.
