Transcend will be present at this week’s Taiwan Excellence Hi-Tech Week as one of the exhibitors to showcase its award-winning products to the public. Products that will be on display throughout the Taiwan Excellence High Tech Week includes the award-winning DrivePro 550 Dashcam, DrivePro Body 60 body camera, ESD250C USB Type-C Portable SSD, JDM855 PCIe NVMe SSD Upgrade Kit for Mac computers, and the MTE220S PCIe M.2 SSD.

DrivePro 550 Dashcam
The DrivePro 550 dashcam features a Sony image sensor, a large 160° viewing angle, and a ƒ/2.2 aperture, resulting in clear, smooth 1080p (30fps) recordings under all lighting conditions. The rear lens has four infrared LEDs that automatically turn on in dim light, dramatically increasing in-car recording quality even at night.
Its built-in GPS/Glonass receiver can geotag videos and photos, precisely identifying where an incident happened so that emergency road services, police, or an insurance representative can respond more quickly. The new Head-Up Display feature allows drivers to see their current speed on-screen along with safety alerts such as lane departure warning, forward collision warning, headlight reminder, and driver fatigue alert. And, when parking mode or the time-lapse video recording function is enabled, the dashcam stands as sentry, protecting the vehicle even when the driver is away.
DrivePro Body 60
DrivePro Body 60 features a modular camera and attaches readily to helmets, caps, and uniform epaulets. The camera features a large aperture and a wide field of view. Paired with a Sony image sensor, the camera captures critical details under all lighting conditions. Even in low light, images come out clear in full color, 1080P Full HD.
The built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver enables the geotagging of video footage and images. The DrivePro Body 60 is equipped with a high-capacity lithium battery, meets IP67 standards for dust and water resistance, and is shock and drop resistant. Used in tandem with the exclusive DrivePro Body App, the camera allows for device settings and images to be easily managed via mobile devices.
ESD250C USB Type-C Portable SSD
The ESD250C features pre-formatted exFAT file system and USB 3.1 Gen 2 interface with a USB Type-C port for blazing fast transfer speed. By taking full advantage of the latest USB 3.1 Gen 2 interface, the ESD250C achieves exceptional transfer speeds of up to 520MB/s. Plus, with support for UASP (USB Attached SCSI Protocol), you can enjoy an enhanced transfer speed faster than traditional USB 3.0 interface when used with a UASP-enabled host computer.

The 4K Random performance is also significantly improved because of this. In addition to speeds, Low-Density Parity Check Error Correction was also used to significantly improve the reliability of the SSD.
