Folks at Samsung Malaysia Electronics has announced the availability of the latest 1000R curved gaming monitor, the Samsung Odyssey G7 that focuses on the precision and control fundamental to today’s age of gaming experience.
Previously featured in reports regarding the partnership between Samsung and T1, the Samsung Odyssey G7 is the company’s latest entry into the high-end gaming display market alongside the Odyssey G9 which is not available in Malaysia yet. Although curved displays are not as uncommon as it used to be, the reduced ocular exertion will let users feel like they are looking at a larger estate compared to flat screens while boosting immersion levels.

The Odyssey G7 exhibits a sophisticated design characteristic of today’s gaming equipment. The front bezel has been designed with a dynamic curved shape, and if a user turns the monitor, circular lighting on the back of the device emits a subtle blue light. To help reduce eye strains, Samsung went out of its way to secure the Eye Comfort certification by TÜV Rheinland, a certification organization that sets global standards of quality while stabilizing brightness, contrast range and color coordination from the entire screen.
