Lenovo Malaysia has announced the arrival of several new laptops from gaming ones to the specialties so let’s take a look at what’s in store.
We’ll start off with the special one – the Yoga Book 9i. Created entirely with two screens both up and down, it delivers a whole new way of portable computing that can benefit productivity and creativity in the long run with a wide range of accessories such as the foldable Folio Stand, Bluetooth Keyboard, and Digital Pen 3.
Enhanced by Lenovo PureSight OLED displays, both of them are rated for 100% DCI-P3 color gamut for vibrant visuals while the Multimode+ feature enables the device to take whatever form the user needs – laptop, tablet, Book, Scroll, Tent – you name it.
On the other hand, the budget gaming section LOQ family welcomes both 15-inch and 16-inch models available in flavors of Intel and AMD. Regardless of CPU choices, the machine supports NVIDIA G-SYNC for seamless and tearless gameplay.
Under the hood, there’s the MUX switch that can enable a physical switch towards the dedicated GPU instead of the iGPU for maximum performance and the use of things like DLSS. The MUX switch can be flipped back to enjoy longer battery life when not gaming.
16-inch models will have an 80Whr while the 15-inch does 60WHr but all of them support Super Rapid Charge for a quick and easy juice up.
Those with more budget can take a look at the Legion Pro 5i packing a 13th Gen Intel Core CPU and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU cooled by the ColdFront 5.0 system. The Lenovo LA AI chip monitors the CPU and GPU to dynamically shift the power budget when needed and can be further customized through Lenovo Vantage to make manual profiles for fans, OC parameters, and more.
The PureSight Gaming Display with 240Hz refresh rate at 16:10 WQXGA resolution is just pure eye candy while the Legion Spectrum 4-zone RGB TrueStrike keyboard ensures clean and accurate input.
Utilizing Super Rapid Charge Pro, the 80WHr can be quickly topped up with the entire laptop housed in a metal top cover and polymer bottom cover of Onyx Grey or Abyss Blue colors.
