Lenovo has come up with several new products for its LOQ family known for affordability and feature-packed items, with the latest release covering two new LOQ Essential laptops, a LOQ Tower desktop, and two Legion monitors.
The LOQ Essential 15IPH11 takes an interesting approach for students who want one laptop that handles class, content, and gaming. It runs on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 chips with built-in Intel Arc graphics, and instead of locking graphics to a fixed chunk of dedicated memory, it shares a unified pool of system memory that gets allocated wherever it’s needed. That efficiency pays off with up to 21 hours of battery life, plus you still get ray tracing and Intel’s XeSS upscaling to keep visuals sharp. The chassis is also 10% lighter and slimmer than the last generation, so it’s easier to toss in a backpack.
If you want a more familiar dedicated-GPU setup, the same model can be paired with Intel Core 200 series chips and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050, which is not too shabby for 1080p gaming and tackling college tasks. Both laptops share a 15.3-inch, 16:10 display with up to a 165Hz refresh rate and full sRGB coverage, so gameplay stays smooth no matter which one you pick.
For anyone who’d rather skip laptop compromises entirely, the LOQ Tower 17IRH11 offers desktop performance without the hassle of building your own rig. It’s powered by Intel Core 200 series processors and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti, backed by up to 32GB of fast DDR5 memory, and Lenovo built in tool-less upgrade access so you can swap components as your needs grow. Quiet cooling and Wi-Fi 7 round out a system meant to grow alongside your game library rather than get replaced by it.
Rounding out the announcement are two new Legion monitors. The 27Q-20 is built for pure speed, hitting a 320Hz refresh rate at QHD with a tight 1ms response time and a Focus View mode that mimics the tighter viewport competitive players are used to in tournaments. Meanwhile, the 27U-20 takes a more flexible route with Dual Mode, letting you switch between a detailed 4K picture at 180Hz or drop to 360Hz at FHD when speed matters more.
Both monitors cover 99% of the sRGB color space, hit VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, and come loaded with Legion Space’s AI tools, including AI Crosshair and a Game Companion feature for competitive play.
