ILLEGEAR has announced their very own gaming monitor for the first time, the BOLT series curved gaming monitor together with another set of desktop PC, the ITX form factor PULSE gaming desktop.
BOLT curved gaming monitor
The BOLT gaming monitor comes in 2 sizes: 23.6-inch BOLT 24 with R1200 curvature and 27-inch BOLT 27 at R1500 curvature with INFINIVISION for a thin bezel and crisp visual experience. Both monitors run at a maximum of 144Hz refresh rate with a resolution at 1920×1080 (BOLT 24) and 2560×1440 (BOLT 27).
The Samsung VA panel provides a color range of 99% sRGB, 85% NTSC, 90% DCI-P3, and 83% Adobe RGB which is suitable for casual and semi-professional graphical workloads. Opting for the BOLT 27 and you get HDR support thrown in as well. Port-wise, both have 2 HDMI1.4, 1 DP1.2, and 1 Audio Jack with the BOLT 27 having an extra HDMI 2.0 port absent on the BOLT 24.
The BOLT 24 is priced at RM659 while the BOLT 27 is at RM1,199.
PULSE desktop
The ILLEGEAR PULSE is the company’s 1st take on the ITX form factor. It sports a vertical tower chassis for a compact, clean and clutter-free setup while housing equally powerful parts for a small footprint yet stylish and modern feel. The integrated PSU and AIO cooler provide sufficient airflow together with pre-routed cables to give the neatest and easiest management to the user. Fancy a vertical GPU setup? The internal PCIe riser card lets you do so without too much hassle. Meanwhile, the casing is fitted with a strong 140mm fan and features a dual-chamber layout allowing seamless airflow at all times coupled with the all-round ventilated steel construction, optimum airflow is guaranteed through the facilitation of fresh air pulling from its surroundings and exhaustion of hot air through the rear panel.
