HP has launched its latest Latex 2700 printer range in the Malaysian market, along with new solutions to aid Print Service Providers (PSPs) manage increasing demand and optimize work processes through innovative applications.
HP Latex 2700 Printers
These new 3.2m wide Latex 2700 large printers are capable of delivering vibrant colors of up to 89 m2/hr using symmetrical double printheads that come with automatic printhead cleaning technology. Thanks to the 30% wider gamut, users can take on high-margin jobs swiftly while keeping media gloss and feel across a variety of signage and décor applications such as thin films, vinyl, and paper.
On the other hand, the Latex 2700W printers provide the whitest white ink available currently on the market with speeds of up to 54 m2/hr, enabling PSPs to produce high-margin applications on pre-colored and transparent media.
HP Professional Print Service Plans
The Professional Print Service Plans are built to enhance business agility, uptime, and productivity, as well as give learning opportunities and support. PSPs can choose between two HP Professional Print Service Plans: Basic and Plus, each with a portfolio of service and software solutions tailored to meet business needs.
Here are the new and enhanced features of Professional Print Service Plans:
- Print Beat Live Production — provides users with a single, real-time view of all jobs queued and in production across several sites, helping users to keep track of their work, anticipate issues, and save time.
- Print Beat Jobs API — making printer data available to external ERP/MIS systems of businesses. Monitor HP printers alongside non-HP hardware, automate processes and combine with other operational data for richer business insights.
- HP Learn — a digital learning platform featuring free and premium training modules based on the service plan selected by PSPs, allowing users to upskill and stay ahead of challenges.
- Enhanced HP Service Center — proactive troubleshooting to improve uptime, including smart diagnostics that notify your service representative when action is required.
