Battle Arena, a center for eSports and gamers to socialize and enjoy, just had its grand launching! It’s located at the 5th floor of Jaya Shopping Centre, right across TGV Cinemas.

The entire place is built with a gamers in mind – but there are a few different types of gamers now, aren’t they? Firstly, there’s the arena itself – you have two soundproof capsules for tournaments. These two capsules are on the stage, and Battle Arena designed this area for eSports events. These tournament PCs are equipped with:

  • Intel Core i7-8700K Processor (12M Cache, up to 4.70 GHz)
  • MSI Z370 GAMING M5 LGA1151 Coffee Lake Motherboard
  • MSI GTX1080Ti SEA HAWK EK X 11GB DDR5x Graphic Card
  • Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz Performance Memory Kit x 2
  • Cooler Master MasterCase Maker 5T ATX Casing (customized)
  • Cooler Master V850 80+ Gold Power Supply

There’s also a place for casters to sit and go live, too. Literally an arena, where you have the match going on at the center and have a couple of casters narrating the whole match at the side.

Then there are the streamer pods. They’re tiny little rooms with lots of high-end peripherals plugged into a high-end PC. These little rooms are meant for streamers to just go in and do your stream sessions there.

In case you’re wondering, the streamers’ pods are actually equipped with:

  • Intel Core i7-7700K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.50 GHz)
  • MSI Z270 Gaming M7 LGA1151 Motherboard
  • MSI GTX1080Ti GAMING X 11G Graphic Card
  • Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666MHz 8GB C16 Performance RAM
  • Cooler Master CM 590 III Mid Tower Casing
  • Cooler Master MasterLiquid 120 CPU Cooler
  • Cooler Master MasterWatt 750W Modular 80+ Bronze Power Supply

Then comes the VIP PCs. There is indeed a section equipped with VIP PCs upstairs – 20 of them, to be exact. They’re quite secluded from the rest of the place, so it’s quiet enough to be free of distraction. These PCs are equipped with the list of hardware below:

  • Intel Core i7-7700K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.50 GHz)
  • MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon LGA1151 Motherboard
  • MSI GTX1070TI Gaming X 8G Graphic Card
  • Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz Performance Memory Kit
  • Cooler Master MasterCase H500P Mid Tower Casing
  • Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB Liquid Cooler
  • Cooler Master MasterWatt 650W Modular 80+ Bronze Power Supply

As for the other gaming PCs, they’re open for anyone to use. They’re obviously equipped with lower specs.

Battle Arena

  • Intel Core i5-7600K Processor (6M Cache, up to 4.20 GHz)
  • MSI Z270 KRAIT Gaming LGA1151 Motherboard
  • MSI GTX1060 GAMING X+ 6G Graphic Card
  • Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz C16 Memory Kit
  • Cooler Master K280 Mid Tower Casing
  • Cooler Master MWE 500W 80+ White Power Supply

From what we can see, Cooler Master, Intel, Corsair, and MSI are heavily involved in the development of Battle Arena. Monitors were from ASUS, whereas the gaming chairs were from AK Racing.

If you’re interested in the whole idea of Battle Arena, then fret not – you can be a part of the family by becoming a member. Though, it’s by tiers.

You can have a look at their Facebook page here for more details.

All that I’m worried about is the internet that they have at Battle Arena. I hope they can handle all of the internet traffic when many gamers are duking it out concurrently.
