GIGABYTE Malaysia has announced the arrival of the AERO X16 and GAMING A16 gaming laptops for some mid-range portable gaming power.
The AERO X16 guns for the sleek and modern look with its white chassis that comes in at just 1.9kg and 16.75mm. Under the hood, an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 / 5060 Laptop GPU powers the system as well as the 16-inch screen. longside AI tools like Cocreator and Generative Fill, it offers up to 12 hours of battery life, PD 3.0 fast charging, and Dolby Atmos audio, while the WINDFORCE Infinity cooling system keeps thermals in check quietly.
On the other hand, the GAMING A16 goes for the deep black and light blue keyboard backlit. Although it is slightly heavier at 2.2kg, it comes with a 180° lay-flat hinge as a trade-off, while the Intel Core i7-13620H and up to an RTX 5070 Laptop GPU, plus the 165Hz refresh rate display, make a difference here.
Additionally, it has the Golden Curvature Keyboard hosting enlarged keycaps and 1.7mm travel for comfort across extended use, while the smart WINDFORCE cooling with surround vents ensures smooth operation.
Both laptops also integrate GiMATE’s “Press & Speak” voice control, smart tuning, privacy features, and NVIDIA NIM support, letting users create personal AI agents and streamline tasks. Gigabyte’s latest additions underline its push to blend cutting-edge AI with high-performance hardware.
