The centerpiece of its presence among its plethora of solutions is the DIATwin Virtual Machine Development Platform, designed to help manufacturers create virtual machine prototypes, synchronize mechanical, electrical, and control design processes, and conduct interference analysis—all before physical deployment. This approach can reduce overall equipment development time by more than 40%, enabling faster innovation and smarter manufacturing.

The showcase also features smart screwdriving systems, including the Delta Smart Screwdriving Analysis (DIASSA) and Delta’s electric screwdrivers, which offer precision torque control, process traceability, and quality management for high-end assembly lines. Complementing these are SCARA robots that deliver both high speed and accuracy for tasks like assembly, handling, and inspection.

Delta’s booth further presents a suite of automation and energy solutions designed to power intelligent and eco-friendly factories. Highlights include motion control systems such as the AC Servo Drive ASDA-W3, Linear Pocket Actuator LPL, and servo motors; the Electric Cylinder Servo Press AM-ASP-F for forming and assembly; and the SCADA System VTScada for net-zero factory management. The company is also demonstrating smart retrofit and energy technologies like the LOYTEC LROC-800 room controller, advanced ICT cooling systems including a liquid-to-liquid coolant distribution unit, and clean energy infrastructure such as the DELTerra C & U Energy Storage Systems and DC Wallbox EV chargers.

Aligned with its RE100 commitment to achieve 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2050, Delta continues to support manufacturers across Southeast Asia in their journey toward digital and sustainable transformation.

Jimmy Wan, Country Manager of Delta Electronics Singapore, said that digital transformation lays the foundation for the next era of smart manufacturing, adding that the company’s automation and infrastructure solutions are built to enhance efficiency, precision, and sustainability while paving the way toward Industry 5.0.
