COUGAR has recently announced the new Cooling Evolved lineup, and they have debuted the CFV235 series cases for a start.
The CFV235 series products come in 4 flavors: the CFV235, CFV235 Mesh, CFV235 Vision, and CFV235 Mesh Vision. All four of them have something in common, which is the Central Floating Ventilation (CFV) design, which is an pen, suspended area between the PSU and main chamber that turns what would normally be wasted space into an airflow booster.
This design gives heat more escape routes and fresh air more room to circulate, while an Aurora RGB strip lights up the floating zone for extra flair. You’ll also find support for reverse connector motherboards, GPUs up to 438mm in length, and a universal fan hub that syncs RGB without extra software.
For builders who love showing off their rigs, the CFV235 goes with a glass front panel and comes preinstalled with Unity 240 single-frame PWM ARGB fans on the motherboard side. The CFV235 Mesh takes a more practical route with a 3-in-1 front panel module—featuring dual 160mm ARGB fans, a dust filter, mesh panel, and pogo pin connector—so you get strong airflow right out of the box.
On the other hand, the Vision and Mesh Vision model comes with a 9.16-inch IPS TFT LCD panel right on the case. Running at 1920 × 462 resolution and 60Hz, it lets you see live system data like temps and fan speeds, or even upload your own GIFs and videos for a personal touch. The Vision variant combines the panel with the glass showcase, while the Mesh Vision pairs it with the airflow-focused 3-in-1 front panel and preinstalled Unity 360 fans at the bottom.
If you don’t want to go all-in on a Vision case, Cougar is also selling the 9.16-inch LCD panel and Unity fans separately, fully compatible with the base CFV235 and CFV235 Mesh models. Just note that if you choose the Mesh versions, the extra depth of the front module means you can’t mount fans on the motherboard side.
