COMPUTEX 2026 has officially ended, with the conversation centered on AI beyond chatbots, cloud services, and digital assistants.
With 111,312 visitors from 152 countries and regions, the biggest gathering points for tech brought together technology companies, startups, investors, and ecosystem partners to explore everything from AI computing infrastructure to robotics and intelligent mobility.
One of the biggest themes throughout the event was the rise of Physical AI. As AI systems become capable of interacting with and understanding real-world environments, industries ranging from manufacturing and logistics to healthcare and aerospace are accelerating investments in robotics and autonomous systems. Reflecting that shift, COMPUTEX 2026 expanded back into TWTC Hall 1 and introduced its first-ever AI Robotics Zone, showcasing robotics platforms, embodied AI technologies, and deployment-ready solutions designed to bridge the gap between research and practical implementation.
The exhibition also broadened its technology portfolio with new additions such as the E-paper Pavilion and TechXperience area. Together, these sections featured more than 180 exhibitors and demonstrated how innovation is expanding beyond traditional PC and semiconductor categories.
AI remained the central topic across the event’s conference program as well – Keynotes hosted influential industry leaders, Forum expanded on those discussions, and InnoVEX achieved milestones with stronger international collaboration.
Outside of technology showcases, COMPUTEX continued emphasizing sustainability and visitor experience. Organizers promoted lower-carbon exhibition practices through expanded sustainability initiatives and introduced new categories within the Sustainable Design Award program. On the other hand, hospitality has moved up a notch thanks to the collaborative service lounge developed alongside China Airlines and GQ Taiwan while relaxation areas from Red Bull and Sleepy Tofu offered visitors a break from the packed exhibition halls.
Next year’s schedule have been announced as well, which is slated for June 1 – 4, 2027.
