Memory expert Biwin has gotten a new brand running up, and it is named Origin Code. Tailored towards the high-end segment, the first RAM product they came up with is the VORTEX DDR5 kit, and they actually come with three fans.

They are not joking around when it comes to pushing DDR5 performance further by tackling thermals head-on, instead of relying on passive heatsinks like most kits. The VORTEX runs 3x 40mm fans with dual-ball bearings, pushing around 22.5 CFM of airflow, while the ScaleCut Cooling Fin structure allows more surface area and airflow to interact with each other.
According to them, they saw close to a 40% improvement in heat dissipation, which, if it holds up, is a pretty big deal for memory stability at high speeds.

The modules use a high-grade aluminum alloy with a reflective, almost mirror-like finish, so it’s clearly meant to fit into high-end builds where aesthetics still matter. And in terms of specs, they are tuned for aggressive performance, with 6200 MT/s CL26 in a 32 GB kit, plus a 48 GB option that even includes dual EXPO profiles, with one profile pushing all the way up to 8000 MT/s CL36. Then there are the bigger capacity kits that go up to 256 GB, too.

Overall, the VORTEX DDR5 is another step from Biwin to venture into cutting-edge memory products under the Origin Code name, dedicated to pushing systems beyond the current ceiling of consumer computing.
