BIOSTAR recently presented its IPC and edge AI computing solutions at LEAP 2026, held from 31 August to 3 September at RECC Malham, Saudi Arabia. Let’s check out what was highlighted.

At the exhibition, BIOSTAR has showcased eight industrial motherboards, led by the BIPTL-IHT, BIWCL-IHT, and BIWCL-PAT. The BIPTL-IHT features an onboard Intel Panther Lake-H processor, DDR5-7200 memory support up to 128GB, quad-display output, six COM ports, and TPM 2.0, while the Wildcat Lake-based BIWCL-IHT and BIWCL-PAT support DDR5-6400 memory and dual Intel 2.5GbE networking.

Other models include the BIW88-AHS with Intel Core Ultra 200 processors, up to 192GB ECC DDR5 memory, quad 2.5GbE, and extensive PCIe expansion; the BIH61-AHA with legacy PCI and PCIe 4.0 support; and the BITWL-IHT and BITWL-150 for compact deployments, featuring multiple COM ports, wide-range DC input, and multi-display output.

Moving on, the EdgeComp lineup covers a range of industrial deployments, including the rugged MS-X7433RE and MS-X6413E, which operate from –40°C to 60°C, as well as the fanless MT PRO-J6412, MS-1335U, and compact MU-N150. BIOSTAR is also introducing the MT-U335/U325, which brings Intel Core Ultra 300S processors to its EdgeComp range.
For edge AI, the MS-NAT5000 and MS-NAT4000 use NVIDIA Jetson Thor T5000 and T4000 modules, delivering up to 2,070 and 1,200 TFLOPS of FP4 AI performance, respectively, with up to 128GB of LPDDR5X memory, dual 5GbE, QSFP28, and PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe storage. The fanless MS-NANO, meanwhile, uses NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano with a 1024-core Ampere GPU and 32 Tensor Cores for compact deployments.

BIOSTAR also demonstrated the EdgeComp MT-N150-MX3 live at its booth, combining an Intel Twin Lake N150 platform with a MemryX MX3 M.2 accelerator to deliver up to 24 TFLOPS of AI performance while showcasing dedicated AI acceleration in a low-power system.
