be quiet! has introduced its latest Dark Power Pro 14 IO power supply series, available in 1,600W and 1,300W models. Here’s a quick look at what the new series has to offer.

Designed for high-end setups, the be quiet! Dark Power Pro 14 IO combines 80 PLUS Titanium and Cybenetics Titanium certifications with up to 94.9% efficiency, ATX 3.1 compatibility, native 12V-2×6 support for PCIe 5.1 GPUs, and four PCIe 6+2-pin connectors. Users can also switch between single-rail and multi-rail modes depending on their requirements.
Cooling is handled by a newly developed aluminum heatsink with an integrated Silent Wings fan, which can operate in either active or semi-passive mode. In semi-passive mode, the fan remains off under low loads and activates when additional cooling is required, while the 6-pole motor and fluid-dynamic bearing help ensure quiet and long-lasting operation.

Furthermore, the Dark Power Pro 14 IO introduces smart software control through be quiet!’s IO Center, allowing users to monitor real-time efficiency, power consumption, and fan speed, while adjusting cooling and rail modes.
The software also includes a power cost calculator that tracks electricity costs and estimates monthly expenses. Internally, its fully digital design with Active Rectifier full-bridge LLC technology provides improved efficiency, voltage regulation, and reduced ripple noise for stable operation.
Completing the package are modular sleeved cables and four sizes of cable combs for cleaner cable management and improved airflow, alongside comprehensive protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuits, overheating, overload, and input-side voltage surges.
