Customers can send their laptops for repair through authorized ASUS Service Centers, selected Pos Malaysia branches, or request a Pick-up & Return service where ASUS arranges courier collection and delivery.
Lastly, the ASUS ProCare value-added program is available for ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, and ROG laptops launched after July 28, where users can access Priority Lane at authorized ASUS Service Centers for quicker services, as well as having their devices checked thoroughly via a 10-step process:
