This 4A Guarantee program encompasses four key areas, namely “Assured Quality,” “Always-on Support,” “All-around Coverage,” and “Added-value Experience.”

The first aspect, “Assured Quality,” involves subjecting all laptops to rigorous military-grade testing to ensure they meet stringent durability standards.

They are also committed to providing round-the-clock customer support, regardless of the time zone through the “Always-on Support” guarantee. On the other hand, “All-around Coverage” is achieved through the availability of over 300 local drop-off points for physical repairs.

Lastly, the “Added-value Experience” focuses on personalization by offering additional options on top of the standard 2-year International Warranty. Furthermore, customers benefit from an extra 1-year Perfect Warranty during the first year of their laptop purchase. This warranty covers labor and 20% of replacement parts for customer-induced damages, with full coverage for accidents.
