While we for the upcoming Ryzen 9 3950X and 3rd Gen Threadripper, AMD has announced its new lineup of 3rd generation Ryzen Pro processors alongside the new Ryzen Pro and Athlon Pro with Radeon Vega Graphics.
AMD Ryzen PRO desktop processors
These Ryzen PRO 3000 series processors are based on the same 7nm Zen 2 Mattise architecture as the consumer 3rd gen Ryzen processors but aimed for commercial and small business users. According to AMD, the AMD Ryzen PRO and Athlon PRO processors are designed specifically to efficiently data-crunch, design, compose, and create. This enables accelerated and enhanced business productivity while offering protection safeguards with built-in security features, such as full system memory encryption and a dedicated, on-die security processor.

The Ryzen PRO 3000 series processors will be available from both HP and Lenovo desktop systems. Models that come with the newly announced processors are the EliteDesk 705 G5 SFF and Mini desktops from HP, and ThinkCentre M75s-1 SFF and M75q-1 Tiny desktops from Lenovo.

As for users who don’t need that much of CPU cores but requires integrated graphics for their systems, there’s the Ryzen PRO 3000 series APUs to get the job done. Just like the higher-end Ryzen PRO processors, the Ryzen PRO 3000 series APUs are pretty similar to their consumer counterpart, which is based on the 12nm Zen+ Picasso architecture. These Ryzen PRO 3000 series APUs will also be available from both HP and Lenovo, on few selected models which AMD never specifically mentioned in the announcement.
