Acer Malaysia has officially announced the availability of a total of 4 new monitors with 3 of them created for gaming while the last one being a general and casual one. Let’s get to them.
First off, the Predator X28 is the most premium out of the bunch which itself is a stunning 4K UHD Agile-Splendor IPS display covering a 178-degree wide viewing angle for the best colors, details, and brightness contrast thanks to the 90% DCI-P3 wide color gamut with Delta E < 2 and VESA DisplayHDR400. Gamers can take advantage of not only the high pixel density but also the overclockable refresh rate of up to 152Hz and a GtG response time as low as 0.2ms as well as the new NVIDIA G-SYNC Esports Mode that will put the device into the best performance possible by offering the lowest possible latency powered by the NVIDIA Reflex Latency Analyzer.
Moving on the more budget Nitro side, the EI322QURP will serve widescreen gaming just right with its 31.5-inch VA panel supporting up to 165Hz of refresh rate. Similar to the Predator X28, it also has 90+ DCI-P3 color gamut at 93% and DisplayHDR 400 verification. For smooth and tearless gameplay, the AMD
Radeon FreeSyncTM2 or AMD FreeSyncTM Premium will do their job as expected.
Willing to sacrifice a bit of screen estate for a more competitive option? Then take a look at the Nitro XZ306CX which it is definitely shorter at 29.5-inch but its refresh rate can go as high as 200Hz while having all the color accuracy, HDR, and gaming benefits as the EI322QURP above.
Lastly, the CB292CU is just a fairly standard one for budget or casual use. At 29-inches, at least it has a 99% sRGB color gamut so you know that you’re gonna get some good colors out of the box at the very least.
