Acer Malaysia has expanded its monitor lineup once again, this time focusing on mobility and lifestyle through the release of the CA1 series featuring CA321QK and CA271.
The CA271 and CA321QK come in 27-inch and 31.5-inch sizes respectively, both using VA panels with wide viewing angles suited to solo viewing or sharing content with others nearby. Resolution goes up to 4K UHD with up to 85 percent DCI-P3 color coverage for vivid, detailed visuals.
Running Android under the hood, this means this is a smart display, and provides direct access to apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Google services, with up to 10-point touch support for easy navigation and built-in Wi-Fi for streaming straight from the monitor itself.
Since it needs to moved around, the wireless screen mirroring is pretty handy here, with Bluetooth adds adds further flexibility, supporting a paired keyboard and mouse for productivity or external speakers for a more immersive entertainment setup. An integrated 8MP camera handles video calls or spontaneous photos, with a physical sliding camera cover included for privacy when it’s not in use.
Users can also tilt, swivel, adjust height to suit various needs, while the wheeled ErgoStand makes moving it around a breeze (well, unless you’re rolling it on a carpet or something).
Meanwhile, the gaming side sees the Predator X27U W2 packing a 26.5-inch QD-OLED display at WQHD resolution and 99% DCI-P3 color gamut with Delta E under 2 for accurate together with 240Hz refresh rate and a 0.03ms response time. NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible is also here support to cut down on screen tearing and stuttering.
It comes with HDMI 2.1 connectivity for modern gaming hardware and high-bandwidth content, along with an ergonomic stand offering tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments for extended gaming comfort.
