Acer has updated its portfolio of gaming monitors by adding 3 new models, including 2 for the Predator and 1 for the Nitro lineup to start off the year of 2021.
Â
For starters, the 27-inch XB273U is for the enthusiast and hardcore gamers around as well as professional e-sports athletes. You will want to go for this one for its maximum refresh rate of 240Hz with a 0.5ms response rate for the quickest mouse click to pixel display. The 1440p resolution is well suited for e-sports titles without going too overboard to balance out the FPS requirement.
Next up is the big 32-inch XB323QK with 4K resolution and 144Hz of refresh rate which seems plausible now thanks to the latest RTX and RX graphics card pushing all the visual goodness to gamers around the world. Thanks to the VESA DisplayHDR 400 standard, you can enjoy some great HDR content during chilling sessions.
Finally, another new 4K monitor will be joining the Nitro lineup since 2019. The XV282K strikes similar properties as the XV273K such as 4K, 144Hz, and DCI-P3 color gamuts. Expect it to be an updated and slightly improved version over the older models would be more reasonable.
